ΜμΡΔΙηΗψΉΩΝψβs Cougar Supply Den (CSD) was awarded $70,000 through a federal grant from the United States Department of Education and the Kansas Board of Regents that can be used to purchase food and personal care items that students in need can use free of cost.
Central Kansas Upward Bound Director Patrick Busch and CSD Sponsor said he is thankful for the funds that will help students.
βThis grant will allow the CSD to offer more items like fresh fruits, milk andΜύjuices,β he said. βIt will also allow the CSD to offer more feminine hygiene products, dental care products, etc.β
Donations can be dropped off at the Learning Resource Center located in the middle of campus from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
