The ΜμΡΔΙηΗψΉΩΝψ Planetarium will host βIMPACT!β at 7 p.m. October 9 in the ΜμΡΔΙηΗψΉΩΝψ Planetarium located in the Science Building.
"IMPACT!" is a full-dome video experience which teaches viewers about meteors, meteorites, asteroids and comets. It includes results from recent NASA missions and tells of the dangers these space objects can pose to life on Earth.ΜύAfter the show (weather permitting), Planetarium Director Dr. Tim Folkerts will lead a time of star gazing. Saturn will be towards the south and the planetarium will provide a telescope for attendees to take photos of Saturn with their own smartphone cameras.

All shows are free and open to the public. The following shows, apart from the Christmas show, will run from 7-8 p.m.:
