The ������������ Planetarium will host three showings of the annual holiday show “Star of Bethlehem” at 1, 2 and 3 p.m. December 10 in the ������������ Planetarium in the Science Building.

The show will teach audiences about the origin of the star and how it played into the story of the “Christ Child.”��The presentation will answer questions like: ‘Who were the wise men? Were there just three? Did they come from Persia, Babylon or Ethiopia? Did they follow a visible star to Jerusalem?’ and more.

“A holiday show at the planetarium is a long-standing tradition,” Planetarium Director Dr. Tim Folkerts said. “Every year it seems someone tells me ‘I remember coming out here as a kid and watching a Christmas show like this.’”

Dr. Folkerts will host the presentations and will be available to answer questions following the show.��Reservations are not required and admission is free.��
