Ag Mechanics + CNH Top Tech: Training the Next Generation of Equipment Technicians

Students receive hands-on training in core areas such as electrical systems, hydraulics, diesel engines, and equipment diagnostics.
Graduates will be equipped with the knowledge and technical skills needed to begin work as entry-level service technicians and have the opportunity to earn CNH Level 1 Certification鈥攁 valuable industry credential recognized by employers across the country. This program offers a direct path into high-paying, high-tech roles with CNH dealerships and other agricultural equipment providers.

Fast-Track Your Future in Ag Mechanics
Start a career in the high-demand ag equipment industry in just nine months through 天涯社区官网鈥檚 Ag Mechanics program in partnership with Case New Holland (CNH) Top Tech. This cohort-based program accepts only 16 students per year and begins each August, running through May.
Students attend hands-on classes from 8听a.m. to 12听p.m., Monday through Friday, allowing time in the afternoons for internships at CNH dealerships or related job experience. This structured, two-semester program is designed to give students the technical skills, real-world training, and professional connections needed to enter the workforce immediately after graduation.
